28 chefs from North-Brabant (including 12 Michelinstars) will be confessing their culinary religion is this former chapel in 's-Hertogenbosch.

The chapel in the center of ’s-Hertogenbosch has been converted into the (temporary) sanctuary of the chefs from Brabant. The chapel has been transformed into a unique and atmospheric restaurant while still keeping its original elements. Various culinary events will be organized throughout this year: from cooking workshops to thematical dinners, masterclasses and culinary concerts. The chefs will be preparing their meals at the former altar.

The hosts at GAST are all chefs of Noord-Brabant Culinair. This is an organisation in which Brabant’s finest restaurants are united in order to learn from each other and help each other. With 28 better restaurants, a total of 12 Michelin stars are united in this club. Together they want to position Noord-Brabant as the region of gastronomy and hospitality and preserve its culinary and cultural heritage.

During the year of Brabant Celebrates Food the chefs get their chance to confess their culinary religion in this pop-up restaurant. 2-Michelin star chef Soenil Bahadoer from De Lindehof in Nuenen kicked off with Soenil loves Vincent: a dinner inspired by the works of Vincent van Gogh, who made his first masterpiece in Nuenen. After Soenil chefs like Dennis Middeldorp from restaurant Sense and Edwin Kats from Noble will perform in GAST. Each chef will do something completely different at GAST, but the gastronomy and hospitality where Brabant is known for will always be leading factors. Other chefs and organisations are also welcome to contribute. Everyone is welcome.
